IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
E. W. Burman is adding a new method of soliciting bids and distributing Plans & Specs using a web service called iSqFt (i square foot), www.isqft.com . This new service allows us to send bid invitations by fax and e-mail, and will allow you to view, save, markup, measure or print plans and specifications immediately on your own computer. There is no cost to you anytime you use the service.
We are excited to roll out this new iSqFt service as our project communications system. By using iSqFt we will provide you with complete bid document sets on-line in a highly compressed, easy to use format, that gives you 24/7/365 access to this critical information.
Note: We are urging you to embrace this new technology as you will find the benefits to your firm numerous, including:
1. Projects can be previewed in order to determine your interest in bidding.
2. Plans can be viewed or downloaded and printed to your own large format or desktop printer.
3. Technical support is available at no charge M-F, 7:30am - 7PM EST to assist you with logging in to view the project information on-line. Please mention this introduction letter when speaking with a support representative. The toll free number to call is 888 768 4569.
We need your assistance in updating your company’s information.
Please follow the following steps and fill out the appropriate information completely:
1. Go to www.isqft.com
2. When the iSqFt home page displays, please click on the Log-in tab in the upper right
3. Please enter you User name: 448-186-398
4. Please enter your Password: 448-186-398
5. You will be prompted to update you contact information to include both an e-mail address and a fax number. Also, there is a prompt to update your applicable CSI Codes.
Note: You may have a licensing agreement display, this is a normal type licensing agreement and since we have set this up for you, you will not incur any cost to view the plans/specs/addenda we provide via the iSqFt web site.
iSqFt also provides free on-line Invitation to Bid training seminars. To register for this free seminar, on the iSqFt home page, click on the word seminars, select the Invitation to Bid (On-Line) option (4 options listed), click next, and select from the drop down which seminar you would like to attend. After selecting the seminar, just fill out the registration information and submit it.
