E.W. Burman, Inc of Warwick, RI was recently awarded a $2.2 million construction contract from the East Greenwich Public School System for renovations to East Greenwich High School – Science Lab. Symmes, Maini, Mckee and Associates are the Architects and Strategic Building Solutions, LLC is the owner’s representative.
This project will include approximately 12,000sf of renovations to the Science laboratories located on the first and second floors of the high school. Construction will commence on June 25th, with an anticipated completion date of August 14th. The building will be partially occupied during the construction period and E.W. Burman will maintain these occupied areas as functional and free of debris and disruption during the 2 months of construction.
